Payment in Advance

Our special rates require that payment be made in full or deposit at time of booking. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Wire Transfer. E-mail Confirmations - If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation please contact Customer Service at reservations@sme-travel.com and we can resend your e-mail confirmation.

E-Mail Confirmation

This is your voucher and the hotel will require you to provide this at check in. This is your proof that your reservation is confirmed and will help to avoid delays at check-in. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation please contact Customer Service at  reservations@sme-travel.com  and we can resend your e-mail confirmation.

Non Show or Amendments

If you do not arrive at your accommodation on the date on which you booked to arrive or leave your accommodation earlier than the date on which you booked to leave, this will result in the loss of full payment price of the reservation. Cancellations must be made through the website - if notified directly to the hotel, they are not valid and full payment is applied. Amendments (if permitted) must be made by email at reservations@sme-travel.com or Customer Service team.

Attention

No refunds for checking out early or for No Shows.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 4 weeks of your Cancellation or Change request.

Cancellation Policy:

Between 30 and 7 days from arrival 30 Euro per person
6 days or less from arrival 50 Euro per person
No shows 100% of reservation.
